The Perjalanan Salib – Journey of the Cross has been a time of prayer, reflection and grace for many members of our parish community. Along the way, some may have experienced moments of encouragement, renewal or unexpected encounters that have deepened their faith.
Fr. Andrew Manickam invites parishioners and friends to share these experiences so that they may become a source of hope and encouragement for others.
Whether it is a personal reflection, a memorable encounter, or a simple story of how God has been at work during the Perjalanan Salib, your testimony can inspire fellow parishioners and remind us that Christ continues to walk with His people.
Stories may be submitted through:
📱 Parish WhatsApp – 016-241 2252
📧 Church Email – fatimachurch@archkl.org
Selected submissions may be featured on the parish’s communication platforms to encourage and strengthen our community of faith.
Thank you for your participation in the Perjalanan Salib. May the Lord continue to bless you as we journey together as missionary disciples.

The Parish Administrator and parishioners of the Church of Our Lady of Fatima joyfully extend our heartfelt congratulations and prayerful best wishes to His Eminence Cardinal Sebastian Francis on the occasion of his 49th Sacerdotal Ordination Anniversary.
For forty-nine years, Cardinal Sebastian has faithfully answered God’s call to the priesthood, serving the People of God with humility, compassion and dedication.
We give thanks to Almighty God for the gift of his priesthood and for his faithful witness to the Gospel throughout these years of ordained ministry.
May the Lord continue to bless His Eminence with good health, wisdom and renewed strength as he continues to serve Christ and His Church.
Ad multos annos!

The Church of Our Lady of Fatima warmly invites all parishioners to the final day of the Perjalanan Salib – the Journey of the Cross during its seven-day stay at OLF on Tuesday, 28 July.
Throughout the past week, parishioners, Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs), ministries and visitors have come together before the Cross in prayer, offering their intentions for the Malaysia Pastoral Convention 2026 (MPC) and seeking God’s guidance for the Church in Malaysia.
Although the Perjalanan Salib will continue its journey to the next parish, its time at OLF concludes with an evening of prayer centred on Christ’s saving Cross and the hope it brings to all who place their trust in Him.
The evening’s programme is as follows:
6.30pm – Holy Hour
7.00pm – Holy Rosary
7.30pm – Holy Eucharist
Following Mass, all are invited to come forward to receive a special blessing with the Cross.
As the Cross continues its journey, may the faith, hope and renewal experienced during its stay at OLF remain with us, strengthening us in our Christian lives and in our preparations for the Malaysia Pastoral Convention 2026.

As part of the parish’s invitation for every Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC) to spend time in prayer before the Perjalanan Salib – the Journey of the Cross, four members of BEC St. Francesco (BB2) gathered on Friday, 24 July, for an evening of prayer and reflection.
During their visit, they prayed for the Malaysia Pastoral Convention 2026 (MPC), remembered the intentions of their BEC, and prayed a decade of the Rosary. They also wrote their personal petitions and placed them in the petition box before spending time venerating the Cross in quiet prayer.
The evening concluded with the parish Holy Hour, where they joined the community in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.
Afterwards, they shared that the quiet time spent in the presence of the Cross and the Blessed Sacrament had been uplifting and deeply meaningful.
The parish continues to encourage its Basic Ecclesial Communities to take part in the Perjalanan Salib, offering time for personal prayer, reflection and intercession as together we journey towards the Malaysia Pastoral Convention 2026.
