Kasih Meal 5 – A Merdeka Day Work of Mercy

In conjunction with Malaysia’s 69th Independence Day, OLF Parish Integral Human Development Ministry (PIHD) carried out Kasih Meal 5, reaching out to DBKL contract workers who work each day to keep the streets of Kuala Lumpur clean.

As an expression of gratitude and in keeping with the Corporal Works of Mercy, 36 provision bags were distributed to the workers and their families across Kuala Lumpur.

The outreach was made possible through the generosity of benefactors who contributed towards the initiative and supported OLF PIHD in putting faith into action through practical care for others.

We thank all who contributed to Kasih Meal 5 and helped make this Merdeka Day an occasion not only for celebrating our nation, but also for remembering and appreciating those whose work serves our wider community.
