World Day of Prayer for the Sanctification of Priests | Bentong

The Archdiocesan Prayer Ministry invites the faithful to participate in the World Day of Prayer for the Sanctification of Priests, celebrated annually on the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

This special observance is an opportunity for the Church to pray for priests, giving thanks for their vocation and asking God to strengthen them in holiness, fidelity, and service. The faithful are encouraged to unite in prayer for all priests, that they may continue to shepherd God’s people with wisdom, compassion, and dedication.

As part of the celebration, participants will journey to the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Bentong, for Mass and prayer together with fellow Catholics from across the Archdiocese.

🚌 7.30 AM – Departure from Pondok Polis, NU Sentral
☕ Breakfast at Bentong Market (self-pay)
⛪ Holy Mass at the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
🍚 Lunch in Bentong Town (self-pay)
🚌 Return to Kuala Lumpur (estimated 2.40 PM)
